Can the public report through our tags?

Provider sites start with staff-only tags. Only enrolled staff can use them. Work confirmations, visit photos and scheduled checks still require staff sign-in.

Can two companies share a site?

Yes. One nominated company pays for the site, covering both companies. Each keeps its own staff, forms and supervisor approval. Services can differ at each building, and the named building or premises manager sees the approved sections together.

What if the supervisor hasn't approved the report?

That company's section stays held for review. Another company's approved section can still be delivered. The default delivery time is 8 a.m. the following morning. Approval adds context; it does not remove reported issues or change the recorded totals.

What happens when our team changes?

Enroll new staff from your portal and remove access when they leave. Workers follow a sign-in link on their phone. There is no app to install and no extra subscription for each person.

Does it work for a school facilities team?

Yes. Set up your school as your own building, enroll your own staff and report to school management. You can use staff-only tags, connect external providers and choose public reporting where useful.

A campus is priced building by building. Every building includes up to 40 tags, each with its poster, ready for an NFC sticker. A bigger building adds $65 a month for each further 40 tags or part of 40, so 100 tags is $399. Want us to set it up for you? Assisted setup is free up to 40 tags, then $3 for each tag beyond, and free whatever the size when you pay a year up front.
