Read help in your language and use accessible controls

Use browser translation, larger text, keyboard navigation and printable instructions.

Use your browser’s translation

Use the Language control in the phone screens for instructions, or open language help. In your browser, look for Translate in the page or address-bar menu. The words and available languages depend on the browser.

Translation is performed by your browser and may send page text to its translation provider. If newly opened content stays in English, translate the page again. SiteClara does not require a separate translation app.

Make the page easier to read

Use browser zoom or the phone's text-size settings. These help articles reflow on narrow screens and provide links to each section. You can use the Print guide button or your browser's print command to print an article or save it as PDF.

Printed instructions are a snapshot. The article address and review date help you return to the current online guide.

Use a keyboard or screen reader

Use Skip to content to reach the main page. Tab moves through links and controls; Enter follows links and activates buttons. Search has a visible label, and its result count is announced without moving focus.

On the support home, you can choose more than one role. Articles matching any selected role stay visible. Clear filters to return to the complete list. With JavaScript unavailable, the complete article list and every article remain readable.

Tell us about an access barrier

Read the accessibility statement or email help@siteclara.com. Tell us the page, the action you were trying to take, your device/browser and the access problem. Do not include private sign-in or contractor links.

Need a hand?

For your building's access or work, start with your organisation's administrator. For SiteClara or billing help, email help@siteclara.com.

Include your organisation, the building, what you tried and the message shown. Do not send private sign-in, invitation or contractor links, or full card details.
