Print the matching posters
- Open the building or shared site and choose its poster printing action.
- Search or choose the floor and locations you are installing. Check each poster's building, location and floor.
- Preview before printing. Resolve any warning that a long location name does not fit.
- Use the print layout supplied for the site. US and Canadian buildings use US Letter; other supported countries use A4.
- Put each poster at its own location and test it there with a phone.
The customer's logo comes from the account or shared site's settings. Switched-off shared locations have no printable live poster. Where available, a floor installation pack helps keep the posters and register together.
QR works immediately; tapping needs a sticker
To scan, open the phone camera, point it at the QR code and open the website link. To tap, hold the unlocked phone against the poster's Tap area and open the notification if shown.
A printed tap circle is not an NFC tag. Fit a writable NFC sticker behind it and write that location's link first. If you only use QR codes, use the Posters page's QR only switch so the poster matches the installation.
Write and check the NFC sticker
- Open the location's Set up NFC action on the secure SiteClara site. Use a writable NTAG213 sticker.
- On a compatible Android phone in Chrome, turn NFC on, choose Write a blank tag and hold the sticker to the phone until writing finishes.
- Choose Check this tag or Check an existing tag to check its stored link.
- On an iPhone or a phone without browser writing, copy the location's link and follow the sheet's NFC Tools instructions.
- Close the writing tool and tap the installed sticker normally. Confirm that the correct building and location open.
Only replace a sticker's stored contents if you are authorised to change it. Writing leaves the tag unlocked. Use the purchasing link in the setup sheet if you need compatible stickers.
